The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB),  Nnamdi Kanu, has been granted bail by the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Tuesday. Kanu was granted bail on health grounds. The IPOB leader is also expected to provide three sureties one of whom must be a serving Senator, a Jewish religious leader and highly respected person, who own land anywhere in Abuja. The bail bond has been set at N100 million for each surety. Kanu was also ordered never to grant any interviews to the press, pending the outcome of his trial. He will not be seen in a gathering of more than 10 people. Justice Binta Nyako made it clear that Kanu’s bail will be revoked, if any of the orders are flouted. However, the other accused persons were denied bail. According to Justice Nyako, treasonable felony – the charges against them is a serious offence against the state.

Olga Diyachenko was recently put on the spot for not feeding her boyfriend Mikel Obi with fufu and oha soup. Her response was nothing short of epic. A fight allegedly broke out between a nightclub photographer and Chris Brown, leaving the shutterbug with a split lip and a hurt jaw. According to TMZ , Brown arrived at Tampa’s Aja Channelside at about 1:30 a.m. Monday morning (April 17) for a paid appearance. Management says their in-house photographer began taking photos, when Brown’s security quickly shut it down. As the evening progressed, Brown was said to be in the DJ booth and the photographer said he began taking pictures of the crowd. The unidentified photographer says the Royalty singer jumped over a couch and punched him in the face while he was cornered. Police were then called to the club, but Brown and his camp left before they arrived. According to the photographer, he went to the hospital and plans on filling charges against the singer. And, as The Desert Sun reports, someone took advantage of that fact and stole over 100 phones at the festival. After several attendees noticed that their phones were missing, they used the Find My iPhone application to help police track down 36-year-old Reinaldo De Jesus Henao, who was keeping all of the cellphones in his backpack. He was caught around 12:15 A.M. on Saturday, which means he managed to grab all of those phones in a single night. Be careful everyone!
