E! News: Kanye West Ends Show Following Reports Of Kim Kardashian’s Robbery

Kanye West left the stage at the Meadows Music and Arts Festival in Queens, New York on Sunday following reports that his wife, Kim Kardashian had been robbed at gunpoint in Paris.

Kanye was headlining the first edition of the Meadows Music and Arts Festival when he left the stage. He returned a fewminutes later to explain to the audience, “I’m sorry, there’s a family emergency, I have to stop the show,”
The show’s organizers said in a statement;”

Due to a family emergency, Kanye West was forced to end his performance towards the end of his set, “We appreciate the great show he put on for fans to close out the inaugural Meadows festival. Our thoughts are with West and his family.”

French officials confirmed that Kim was not hurt during the robbery in which two of her phones as well as jewelry worth millions of dollars were stolen.
