For the last year and change, fans of Chris brown have been impatiently waiting for more details on his eighth studio album Heartbreak On A Full Moon after he posted (and deleted) his announcement back in May 2016. Since then, his lead singles, “Grass Is Greener” and “Party” featuring Usher & Gucci Mane, have gone platinum, and fans are expecting 40 more brand new tracks on his new album. Now that his “Party Tour” is a distant memory and his new documentary Chris Brown: Welcome to My Life is making headlines , the Tappahannock, VA native revealed the official release date for Heartbreak On a Full Moon . Right before the clock struck 12 midnight last night (Aug 15), Brown tweeted that the album is slated to drop on October 31, 2017 aka Halloween via RCA Records. A video has surfaced online of some armed southeast youths carrying out a stop and search operation in the southeast looking for Hausas in vehicles. In the video shared by Sahara Reporters, the youths who carried knives, daggers and bottles could be seen stopping inter-state vehicles and speaking in Igbo, the operation was carried out in In Aba Southeast, Abia state. The youths asked the occup ants of there were any Hausa Fulani persons in the vehicles and the passengers replied that there were none before they were asked to go. A few metres away, the same vehicle was stopped and the same question put to them and they replied again that if there were any Hausas in the vehicle, thy would have been removed. Some tyres were being burnt along the way as the youths stopped more vehicles to ask the occupants if there were any Hausas in them. The same vehicle was stopped again and the occupants insisted that "It is only your brothers that are inside here. We did not carry any Hausas....
The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has been granted bail by the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Tuesday. Kanu was granted bail on health grounds. The IPOB leader is also expected to provide three sureties one of whom must be a serving Senator, a Jewish religious leader and highly respected person, who own land anywhere in Abuja. The bail bond has been set at N100 million for each surety. Kanu was also ordered never to grant any interviews to the press, pending the outcome of his trial. He will not be seen in a gathering of more than 10 people. Justice Binta Nyako made it clear that Kanu’s bail will be revoked, if any of the orders are flouted. However, the other accused persons were denied bail. According to Justice Nyako, treasonable felony – the charges against them is a serious offence against the state.
